I had an exceptional experience with Naheed! From the beginning to the end, it was truly wonderful. Despite my vague ideas, Naheed not only listened attentively but also provided expert suggestions that perfectly complemented my style. The salon's atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating a relaxing experience. What truly stood out was Naheed's passion for her work; it was clear that she cared deeply about what she does. The final result exceeded my expectations; my hair looked and felt incredible! I highly recommend booking a session with them!
I visited Naheed at Spa Blue for a haircut after reading all the positive reviews about them. Despite their friendly demeanor and attempts at conversation, my hair was severely damaged, leading me to spend an additional 100 dollars at a different salon to fix it. I had requested a simple trim of my layers, but the outcome was far from what I had asked for. Unfortunately, I couldn't address the issue with the salon's manager, Hector, until after returning to the United States. Upon reaching out to Hector, I received no empathy or accountability for Naheed's actions. He excused her behavior by saying she was "having a bad day" and shifted the blame onto me for not communicating my desires clearly. After reviewing other clients' experiences and Hector's handling of their concerns, it became evident that his unprofessionalism and rudeness were not isolated incidents. This is not how a beauty salon should be managed. The pictures of my hair speak for themselves, and even the second hairstylist I visited was shocked by the condition of my hair. Regrettably, I will not be returning to Spa Blue and cannot recommend their services.
I am a huge fan of this establishment! The team is fantastic, and the aesthetic of the salon is top-notch. Every visit leaves me feeling relaxed and with a fresh look. Naheed gives exceptional haircuts, and I will always endorse their services. Whenever I leave the salon, I feel and look my best. Highly recommended! 🙏🏼👍🏼
