My recent lash appointment was a complete disaster. Despite being a long-time lash enthusiast, this was one of the worst experiences I've had. The adhesive used caused a severe stinging sensation in my eyes, unlike anything I've ever experienced. The outcome was highly disappointing, with my right eye sporting uneven patches of extensions while the left eye fared better. Within a week, the extensions started falling out haphazardly, leading to a messy and inconsistent look. The poor application not only made the process painful but also resulted in a subpar outcome that deteriorated rapidly. Albert did a fantastic job styling my hair. He was incredibly patient in explaining the best style for me. He guided me through the entire process during my haircut. Pics 1-3: Layered curls and red hair gloss by stylist Riley! I really appreciated their work: they maintained my length and thickness while framing my face with the cut. My curls look even thicker and have a bounciness.
Pics 4-6: Hair color by Head Colorist, Jordan! Jordan gave me the color type I was looking for and left the integrity of my curls. I explained I wanted to maintain the health of my hair while adding color contrast/interest to my look. I appreciated the time they took to explain my options for a lighter color without bleach.
