I cannot express enough the joy I felt as I discussed with Alex what I desired and how I envisioned the look!! She promptly showed me colors that would not harm my hair, especially since it's thin and lacks proper hydration. As she worked on the color, I could barely contain my excitement at the sight of the highlights I had always dreamed of. The adhesive used caused a severe stinging sensation in my eyes, unlike anything I've ever experienced. The outcome was highly disappointing, with my right eye sporting uneven patches of extensions while the left eye fared better. Within a week, the extensions started falling out haphazardly, leading to a messy and inconsistent look. The poor application not only made the process painful but also resulted in a subpar outcome that deteriorated rapidly.
