I booked a facial here for the first time based on the glowing reviews. As a new customer, I received a discounted rate for a 1-hour facial, but my session only lasted 40 minutes. Brianna, the esthetician, seemed inexperienced and unsure of the procedure. She applied products to my face with hesitant, cautious movements. The products were not properly massaged in and were quickly wiped off. There was no time for my skin to absorb anything before it was removed. Additionally, a significant amount of time was spent in between steps, such as fetching products, wipes, towels, cleaning tools, etc. I felt cheated, especially after inquiring at the front desk about the shortened service duration and receiving no satisfactory explanation or compensation. While they may use quality products, I will not be returning.About
