I had high expectations for this establishment. It's my birthday weekend, so I'm treating myself to everything – nails, massage, brows, hair, makeup, you name it. Getting my brows done was the final touch before makeup, so I discovered this place online. The reviews were fantastic. I'm very particular about my brows, so I was looking forward to coming here! The person who did my brows was pleasant and did a good job, but an older individual in the salon was quite rude to me. I felt very unwelcome because of her behavior. She came across as harsh. Since I value service and overall experience greatly, this place loses points. I will not be returning here.
I visited this spot for the first time. I requested waxing but was offered threading instead. The person was quite rough on my face. I am not happy with my eyebrows at all. When it came time to pay, she also asked for a tip. I don't know what kind of thread she used, but I had bumps all over my face after just 10 minutes. I strongly advise against going to this place. The service in Brooklyn is much better. I will never return to this location. I can't even give them a single star, but I can't post without selecting a rating.
