I've tried various spas for hair removal sessions, but the hair always grew back. After reading fantastic reviews, I decided to give this place a shot. And I'm so glad I did! I highly recommend this place to everyone. The customer service is top-notch, and Emily, who attends to me, does an outstanding job. I personally witnessed them changing towels, so I don't know what other reviews are talking about. After 4 sessions in different areas, I've experienced minimal to no hair regrowth. They even honor packages at similar prices to Groupon. Definitely worth every penny! I'll be returning for more treatments in different areas. Highly recommended.
I absolutely adore this establishment. The staff is exceptional, and the service is top-notch. Conveniently located with easy subway access. Emily is fantastic, does an excellent job, and creates a comfortable atmosphere. I purchased a Velashape 2 package on Groupon, and after 5 sessions, I believe I'm seeing some results. My only minor gripe is that the stairways leading to the office could use a fresh coat of paint, but apart from that, everything was superb!
