I will never return to this spa service again. I specifically requested a foot/reflexology massage, but instead, I received a full body massage. Despite confirming multiple times with the staff that I wanted a foot massage, they still gave me a full body massage. When I addressed this issue with them after the service, they argued with me, insisting that I had asked for a body massage. This establishment is untrustworthy. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS.
UPDATE - it is concerning that you acknowledge the existence of a video (the rest of your statement is inaccurate). I have evidence that you admit there is a video, and I will be reporting this to the authorities upon my return to LA. The individual in the picture clearly demonstrates instability as they believe it is acceptable to act aggressively and physically push paying customers.
