I am truly disheartened and distressed by the service I experienced today. I visited the salon for a gel-x removal, and to my dismay, the technician used excessive drilling which resulted in significant damage to my natural nails. I had anticipated a more gentle process involving the majority of the gel being removed followed by soaking with acetone, but the entire procedure was completed through drilling, leaving my nails extremely thin, flexible, and sensitive.
