If I could, I would give this place zero stars. Every appointment I scheduled at the uptown Hoboken location was abruptly canceled, often just days or hours before. I made these appointments a month in advance to accommodate my work schedule, only to face repeated cancellations. This happened for 5 out of the 7 appointments I attempted to book. The lack of reliability and service quality is appalling. A strong warning to steer clear of this establishment based on my experience and other similar reviews.
Hand and stone in Hoboken is truly outstanding. The reception staff is consistently welcoming and helpful. I regularly visit Taylor for a monthly massage, and she consistently delivers exceptional service! Taylor excels at understanding my needs and effortlessly tailoring the session to address them. Each experience is unique, leaving me in a state of pure relaxation. Rating: 100/10 :)
Taylor and Riley are phenomenal! They exhibit kindness, expertise, and utmost professionalism. I wish I could book sessions with them more frequently; they are truly exceptional. However, the pushy sales tactics at the front desk made me feel uneasy. Not everyone can commit to memberships or high expenses without careful consideration. It would be beneficial for the receptionist to gauge the situation better.
