I felt compelled to share my thoughts in response to the review alleging this establishment was discriminatory. With just two treatment rooms and typically only one practitioner on staff (occasionally two), there is not an abundance of available spots with numerous staff members. Appointments are necessary, and that may be the reason for your inability to be accommodated (unless the review is unfounded).
Taylor provides the most comprehensive facials I have ever encountered. Within a week of my appointment, my skin consistently feels smooth and radiates a healthy glow. Furthermore, she is genuinely one of the kindest individuals you will ever meet! A friend recommended her to me, and I have since persuaded others to visit based on my enthusiastic recommendations.
