Horrific ordeal!! I phoned for an appointment and it was abruptly canceled as they scheduled me with the incorrect stylist. Not even an apology was extended. I rescheduled while on-site. Today was the rescheduled day, I aimed to confirm the time with a call. They informed me the stylist I had booked with was absent. Yet, I had an appointment with a different stylist. I discovered they were out of town, on vacation. Once more, no apology. Mistakes happen, which is understandable, but I lost two workdays and they didn't even have the courtesy to inform me beforehand the second time around.
