I booked a facial here for the first time based on the glowing reviews. As a new customer, I received a discounted rate for a 1-hour facial, but my session only lasted 40 minutes. Brianna, the esthetician, seemed inexperienced and unsure of the procedure. She applied products to my face with hesitant, cautious movements. The products were not properly massaged in and were quickly wiped off. There was no time for my skin to absorb anything before it was removed. Additionally, a significant amount of time was spent in between steps, such as fetching products, wipes, towels, cleaning tools, etc. I felt cheated, especially after inquiring at the front desk about the shortened service duration and receiving no satisfactory explanation or compensation. While they may use quality products, I will not be returning.
The massages offered here are subpar, and while the pricing is reasonable, the quality is lacking. The massage oil they use has left all my clothes smelling like it, somehow spreading across my wardrobe like a persistent odor.
If I could give a half star, I would. The worst spa experience ever. My partner and I booked a 60-minute couple’s massage just before the Thanksgiving holiday to unwind. The masseuse was extremely rude, finishing the massage in just 20 minutes and neglecting to massage the entire body. She kept the towel on my back for most of the time, showing little effort despite my repeated requests for more pressure. I questioned her qualifications as she seemed to put in zero effort. When I asked for firmer pressure on my shoulders, she mistakenly used her elbow on my hip. It was a truly unpleasant experience. The manager assured us that management would contact us after the holidays, but it has been over a week with no communication. They provide subpar service and show no concern for customer satisfaction.
