I explained I wanted to maintain the health of my hair while adding color contrast/interest to my look. I appreciated the time they took to explain my options for a lighter color without bleach.

I am truly disheartened and distressed by the service I experienced today. I visited the salon for a gel-x removal, and to my dismay, the technician used excessive drilling which resulted in significant damage to my natural nails. The adhesive used caused a severe stinging sensation in my eyes, unlike anything I've ever experienced. The outcome was highly disappointing, with my right eye sporting uneven patches of extensions while the left eye fared better. Within a week, the extensions started falling out haphazardly, leading to a messy and inconsistent look. The poor application not only made the process painful but also resulted in a subpar outcome that deteriorated rapidly.
