I used to enjoy coming here, but recently it's been different. Got my nails done about a month ago and noticed the tools weren't clean or sanitized. The place smelled odd. The technician rushed me to choose a color, burned my nails, and cuticles. When one nail touched my opposite arm, he got upset and complained. Paid and pressured me into giving a tip. Do not recommend for good service and clean tools.
I'm not one to complain, but this has never happened to me before. Went to NAILS NOW near Albertsons to have my nails removed. I asked for them to be soaked off, but the technician forced them off, cutting me and making my nail bleed. When he finally soaked them off, he burned my nail and then told me to leave because I wasn't happy with the service. Confused and left with uglier nails. Also, unsanitary as he didn't disinfect the tools.
$70 for just a French tip set is crazy. It took 2 hours and the customer service was terrible. The employees seemed unhappy. They should check the work before charging. Could've gotten more for the same price or cheaper.
