I always receive exceptional customer service here, the staff is so welcoming, and my nails turn out beautifully every time. The added bonus of a relaxing hand massage just makes the experience even better. 🤗 Highly recommend!

The service provided here was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly kind. However, there was a significant delay of over an hour before someone began preparing the water for our pedicures. While the final results were excellent, I believe that additional staff members are necessary, as there were only two individuals working on pedicures and two on manicures.

My experience at this establishment was quite disappointing. During my visit two weeks ago, I was shocked to be charged an additional $20 for gel with my pedicure. This extra cost, on top of the already pricey $50 pedicure, felt unreasonable, especially since I was also paying for two other individuals. Furthermore, the lack of attention to my daughter, who only wanted acrylic nails and not a pedicure, was frustrating. Despite informing the staff of her preferences, they neglected her and attended to other customers who arrived later. After enduring a lengthy wait, we decided to leave before completing the services. I eventually took my daughter to another salon for her nails. I will give credit to the gentleman who provided a lengthy leg massage, hence the two-star rating. However, I have no intention of returning if such exorbitant charges persist.
