Usually, I refrain from leaving negative feedback, but my recent hair experience was a disaster. I had booked an appointment for a toner to return my hair from a faded medium brown to blonde. However, the stylist dyed my hair black, insisting it was the right shade. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she suggested I buy a clarifying shampoo to lighten it myself. Despite receiving a partial refund from the owner, the damage was done. A month later, my hair is a mix of red and black patches. It's heartbreaking, especially when the stylist denied any fault.
