La Nails

Absolutely dreadful, wanted a simple French tip nails but short and slightly almond-shaped. she disregarded my request for short nails for work (as I type) and insisted on long ones. all she did was attach a tip and apply clear gel. looked horrendous, had to get them fixed as I was on the verge of tears. I mentioned I had to leave by 6:30. she said the appointment was at 5:30 so you'd assume an hour is sufficient for basic nails. she only began at 6. I tipped her because even if I dislike them, I believe service workers deserve it, my mistake. I had to pay an extra 30 just to rectify them. so, in total, I spent 75$ for simple nails. never returning. the second image is the work of another nail salon who also commented on how unprofessional they appeared.

Update: I'm deducting a star as they are more than 35 minutes late in opening the shop and I missed my chance to get my nails done today due to work commitments. Leaving three or four customers waiting in the parking lot for the shop to open is not professional. Professionalism is key.

Nancy is the top-notch in the city. Ensures my nails are stylish and tidy. Just brought in a new pedicurist who is skilled and very kind. I've been a loyal customer for years and Nancy's quality remains constant. Give them a shot, their rates are more budget-friendly.
