I adore Energie and have practiced Pilates here for nearly 9 years. The diversity of exercises, the caliber of teachers, and the overall exclusive atmosphere are what I appreciate most. I underwent 11 inches of spinal fusion years back, so the workouts here are fantastic as I can adjust as needed and still focus on the targeted muscle group. The instructors make an effort to know each person in the class, possess expertise, are considerate of different skill levels, and provide alternatives if you wish to elevate or simplify a series of exercises. The class schedule is convenient and aligns perfectly with my timetable.
The reformer classes are impactful without pushing you too hard, and are always varied, engaging your entire body in a synergistic manner. The upstairs loft offers a splendid area for group or private sessions. The class sizes here are just right and don’t resemble other large gym chains where you might feel lost and like just a statistic. On a somewhat unrelated note, but significant to me, parking is never a problem—you can park right there and ascend the stairs or take the elevator. I wholeheartedly endorse Energie!About
