This is perhaps the most disappointing manicure I've ever received. I had a 2:30pm appointment, but once again, they were overbooked and prioritized walk-ins over appointments. The nail technician made it difficult for me to choose a color for my gel pedicure and insisted on using gel, prolonging the process unnecessarily. Despite my request to finish by 4:45pm, I didn't leave until 5pm, causing me to miss an important appointment. While the person who did my manicure was apologetic, the overall experience was terrible. I'm uncertain if I'll return after being a loyal customer.
