This is perhaps the most disappointing manicure I've ever received. I had a 2:30pm appointment, but once again, they were overbooked and prioritized walk-ins over appointments. The nail technician made it difficult for me to choose a color for my gel pedicure and insisted on using gel, prolonging the process unnecessarily. Despite my request to finish by 4:45pm, I didn't leave until 5pm, causing me to miss an important appointment. While the person who did my manicure was apologetic, the overall experience was terrible. Lauryn was an absolute delight - her demeanor was exceedingly cheerful and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I dozed off during my lash lift and tint, and she collaborated with me to achieve the desired outcome.
