Received a 45-minute couples massage, the venue was impeccably clean, and all the staff were incredibly friendly! The massage itself was absolutely fantastic! My only issue was that the male therapist spent about 25-30 minutes applying pressure on my back without much actual massaging, but once he began the massage, it was wonderful! Meanwhile, my husband received a full 45-minute massage, leaving me feeling like I only got about 10-15 minutes. EDIT!!!: I absolutely adored my massage experience! Following my initial review, the owner personally contacted me and offered a complimentary massage session. The second massage I received was truly exceptional; the therapist focused on my back, shoulders, and hips, and I left feeling rejuvenated. I have a deep appreciation for this establishment, and everyone here conducts themselves with utmost professionalism and courtesy! I will definitely return!

Exceptional service! Upon my arrival, the reception staff greeted me warmly. Ms. Deborah possessed remarkable healing abilities! Her professionalism and compassion were truly remarkable. You can book her, but please don't take her away from me whenever I visit. The other ladies on the staff were equally welcoming. Overall, it was the best spa experience I've ever had, and I will definitely be returning with my husband for a couples' massage.

Out of all the choices I had for a relaxing spa experience, I decided to visit Bakers Girls based on the glowing reviews and their extensive range of services. It was definitely worth it. During my first visit to Bakers Girls, I was impressed by the well-organized and inviting atmosphere of the establishment. I opted for the Relax & Balance Package, which was administered by Kiana, and it was truly exceptional! The various massage techniques and treatments included in the package, such as the heating treatment and hot stones, made it one of the best massage sessions I've ever had. I was seeking a service to alleviate stress, address body pain, and promote relaxation for my overall well-being, and that's exactly what I received. Kiana did an outstanding job, displaying great courtesy, hospitality, and excellent customer service. Initially, I had some concerns due to a few minor issues, but she kindly apologized and explained that the owner had experienced a loss in the family, so she had stepped in last minute, which accounted for the initial imbalance. I was grateful for her transparency and professionalism in addressing the situation proactively. Customer service truly makes a difference, and Kiana exemplified it wonderfully, stepping in admirably in the owner's absence. I also extend my heartfelt condolences to the owner and wish their family strength, resilience, and comfort during this difficult time. I highly recommend Bakers Girls.
