Received a 45-minute couples massage, the venue was impeccably clean, and all the staff were incredibly friendly! The massage itself was absolutely fantastic! My only issue was that the male therapist spent about 25-30 minutes applying pressure on my back without much actual massaging, but once he began the massage, it was wonderful! Meanwhile, my husband received a full 45-minute massage, leaving me feeling like I only got about 10-15 minutes.

I absolutely adored my massage experience! Following my initial review, the owner personally contacted me and offered a complimentary massage session. The second massage I received was truly exceptional; the therapist focused on my back, shoulders, and hips, and I left feeling rejuvenated. I have a deep appreciation for this establishment, and everyone here conducts themselves with utmost professionalism and courtesy! Denver is amazing. I’ve had a wonderful experience getting a Brazilian and eyebrow wax with them. They are incredibly skilled, gentle, and we connected right away: (a pleasant surprise that I must mention) they possess a fantastic personality and maintain a high level of professionalism! Extremely poor service. I went for a pedicure, and there were only 2 people there. The lady assigned to me was watching a Facebook video. After a few minutes, she brought the phone over to continue watching and then greeted me. She seemed annoyed that I was there. When asked about the color, she was even more irritated that I didn't have one in mind. She didn't provide any color options. During the pedicure, she continued watching her video and did a sloppy job. I paid for a package that included callus remover, but she refused to use it. The leg massage was barely 90 seconds for both legs combined. The polish application was very messy, with paint left on the skin. When I pointed this out, she was annoyed that I asked for a correction. The polish was uneven and spotty. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience, especially for a deluxe package. My first visit to this salon was for my daughter's appointment. When we arrived on time, Monique seemed unsure if we had a booking. After some back and forth, she mentioned a price discrepancy and charged us more than advertised. While washing my daughter's hair, another customer arrived, leading to distractions and delays. The conversation about travel between Monique and the other customer went on for far too long, leaving my daughter waiting with wet hair. On another occasion, I arrived for my own appointment at 9 am to find the salon closed. After contacting Monique, she informed me she was en route to LA and had someone else to do my hair, who was running late. Despite my willingness to wait, the lack of professionalism and organization was evident. When she suggested a male stylist would take over, I felt uncomfortable and voiced my concerns. Monique's response was dismissive and rude, making assumptions about my preferences without knowing my background.
