The service was pleasant, but I had to request a redo of my nails as the first technician didn't buff or shape them properly, leading to chipping within days. The subsequent redo was complimentary and the staff were friendly, but the attention to detail was lacking compared to what I'm accustomed to. The image below shows my nails after the redo.
Today, my nails were done by Dom, who was extremely fast and efficient, delivering top-notch results. I left a generous tip as I was thoroughly satisfied with my first visit to this establishment!
The entire staff was incredibly kind, and even though I had a last-minute appointment, Tina accommodated me and did a fantastic job! I adore my nails; while they're simple, they were executed with such care and look stunning! I also had my toes done, and it was equally amazing. Highly recommend! 💝💝
