This salon is truly the best in the area!
I had a terrible experience here. Mr. O'Conner completely ruined my hair. A friend suggested this place to me, and I deeply regret coming here. I asked for a "Balayage" and I have no idea what he did, but it was not balayage. I had to visit Sally's Salon in Hillsboro to get it fixed, and even their stylist was shocked at the state of my hair. When I explained that I requested balayage, the stylist confirmed it did not look like it. I later saw photos on the salon's Facebook page and realized Mr. O'Conner lacks skill in nail services too. I have been doing my own acrylic nails for almost a decade, so I can tell when a job is well done. I wouldn't trust him with nails, let alone pedicures. He also pushed me to buy products that were subpar. While his prices may be low, quality comes at a cost. I will never return here. It was a complete waste of my time and money. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
I had a wonderful experience getting my nails done here. The technician understood exactly what I wanted and delivered the perfect color. The atmosphere was very welcoming too. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!
