Scheduled for 11:45, arrived punctually, yet had to wait a full hour. When I was finally attended to, the pedicurist didn't inquire about my preferred service and only performed a basic pedicure. It was the quickest pedicure I've ever experienced; she commenced at 12:36 and concluded at 12:56. Utterly lacking in customer service, she seemed solely focused on rushing through the procedure.
