Scheduled for 11:45, arrived punctually, yet had to wait a full hour. When I was finally attended to, the pedicurist didn't inquire about my preferred service and only performed a basic pedicure. It was the quickest pedicure I've ever experienced; she commenced at 12:36 and concluded at 12:56. Utterly lacking in customer service, she seemed solely focused on rushing through the procedure. I'm greatly disappointed and will not return.
AVOID this establishment at all costs! I had lash extensions applied, and 75% of them have already fallen out, taking my natural lashes with them! They began shedding the day after application on 4/12, and the technician mentioned needing a fill in 3-4 weeks. I could hear her referencing instructions as she worked on me. I'm left questioning if they even possess the proper licensing for this service. Despite being a regular for nail services, due to this lash ordeal, I will never set foot in this place again!
This is an amazing establishment! It was my premiere visit for a pedicure, but I will definitely return. There was no wait time, and everyone was incredibly friendly. The pedicure specialist, Anna, was exceptionally meticulous and precise. It's evident that the staff here genuinely value their clientele.
