Kylie was incredible! Fell in love with the way she cared for my little one. It was her first blowout and I've never let anyone touch her hair, so I was nervous lol. But I felt very at ease with her vibe and she has a lovely spirit! And did an amazing job. We will be returning for regular upkeep... The Salon's atmosphere was calming and they were very professional overall.
I was vacationing in LA from another state, I called randomly and was able to get an appointment with Cameron. The experience was fantastic and I left feeling like part of the family. Samantha gave my scalp a fantastic scrub and massage. Cameron styled my curls flawlessly and gave me pins to maintain my look. All of the ladies were incredibly kind and personable. I will definitely return.
Had an early morning appointment scheduled weeks ago. Arrived on time and the stylist had not yet shown up. I was instructed to sit and wait in the rear seating area. I waited a good 30 mins and still no sign of the stylist I had booked. The young lady who let me in wasn't the most welcoming and she started attending to her client who arrived after me. I waited another 20 mins and then decided to leave. I left that salon in tears as I was really looking forward to getting my hair done. In tears, I walked down the street to Goodhope Road and stumbled upon a salon called Blush. They were very kind and welcoming. I informed the stylist Candace about what had happened and she said she wasn't surprised. I hope there are new staff members who are more welcoming to new clients.
