I ventured into a unique boutique to browse their selection of timepieces. The display case held a variety of watches that caught my eye. I patiently waited for the saleswoman to finish assisting another customer before turning her attention to me. However, instead of providing attentive service, she would fetch a watch from the case, hand it to me, close the case, and then attend to a customer at the register before returning. Despite my desire to purchase multiple watches, she did not allow me to express my interest in reserving them. I reluctantly settled on a white Baby-G watch, although I would have gladly bought several more if the service had been more accommodating. I may give the boutique another chance, but my optimism is low.

I am absolutely enamored with this thrift store! I visit almost daily and always find a wide array of high-end purses, clothing, shoes, accessories, and so much more. The staff members are incredibly kind and always ready to assist when needed. I consistently feel welcomed and treated with utmost respect. The team at the donation center is exceptionally efficient and attentive. They unload items from your vehicle, handle breakables with care, and ensure a pleasant experience overall. I wholeheartedly recommend this thrift store to everyone! Many thanks to all the staff for their exceptional service!

As a loyal patron, I have frequented this establishment for quite some time and have generally had positive experiences. However, I recently encountered two instances where employees accused me of theft or leaving without payment, both of which were unfounded. The security personnel and staff exhibited rudeness, unwelcoming behavior, and ignorance, failing to offer a proper apology for the false accusations.
