Exceptional service, super friendly & quick to reply. Will definitely schedule regular appointments.
My inaugural massage experience was delightful. I'm definitely a repeat customer.
The office isn't very cozy. The soothing tunes got cut off by ads (just upgrade to premium or get the music offline); having cat food ads pop up during a massage isn't great. Plus, her phone kept ringing. Post-massage, not even a glass of water was offered. Customer service needs work. Massage was okay. I enjoy supporting small businesses, but I probably won't return.
