What a terrible experience at this salon. I have been a loyal customer for years and have brought in many friends and family members. When I asked for a nail repair, the technician only filed them down while making disparaging remarks about my request. Despite my long-standing patronage, they refused to rectify the situation or offer a refund. The owner personally handled my nails and showed a lack of regard for a loyal customer. Truly disappointing.
Absolutely fantastic! I entered with no expectations and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service my child and I received. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The pedicure I had was top-notch, the best I've ever experienced! This will now be my preferred salon. Wonderful experience!
