What a terrible experience at this salon. I have been a loyal customer for years and have brought in many friends and family members. When I asked for a nail repair, the technician only filed them down while making disparaging remarks about my request. Despite my long-standing patronage, they refused to rectify the situation or offer a refund. The owner personally handled my nails and showed a lack of regard for a loyal customer. My nail artist, Linh, did a fantastic job on my very first French manicure using dip powder! She was very accommodating when I requested a shorter nail length.
