I had a disappointing experience with gel x at another salon, so I came here to have it removed and get dip nails instead. The service here was truly exceptional! They took their time and delivered outstanding results. The staff members are a riot - I was chuckling and beaming throughout my visit. Hari was the technician who worked on my nails, and she was incredibly meticulous, ensuring they were flawless. I will definitely be returning here and recommending it to all my friends and family as the ultimate nail destination!
I've been a loyal customer at this salon for years, even during its previous incarnation as Ooo La La. The team here is not only friendly and kind but also incredibly detail-oriented. They truly listen to your desires, and I can't envision patronizing any other establishment. I started bringing my daughter along with me a while back, and it has become a cherished tradition for us to have our pedicures (or manicures) together. We've also brought visiting relatives here, and everyone has been impressed. Our go-to choice is the Delight package, which includes a luxurious calf and foot massage, lemon scrub, foot wax, and more. The massage chairs are a delightful touch, and the range of nail colors is always impressive. I adore this place! While I do miss the ambiance of Ooo La La, the quality has remained top-notch even with the rebranding and expanded services. I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere :)
