What a terrible experience at this salon. I have been a loyal customer for years and have brought in many friends and family members. When I asked for a nail repair, the technician only filed them down while making disparaging remarks about my request. Despite my long-standing patronage, they refused to rectify the situation or offer a refund. The owner personally handled my nails and showed a lack of regard for a loyal customer. I've had my hair styled by other barbers at The Barber's Den when Jordan is unavailable, and I've been satisfied with the outcomes.
