Tried this place recently and kept going back. Excellent customer service, consistent great results. Always satisfied with manicure and pedicure. Recently returned for a toe nail polish fix, initially wrong color used, but they corrected all toes. Took longer than expected, but efforts made to ensure satisfaction.
THE MOST OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD IN A NAIL SALON IN 2O YEARS. Constant compliments on nails, won't go elsewhere.
I could have given 0 stars if I would. Requested square nails, technician shaped terribly, offered to file own nails, asked for gel polish. Manager/owner asked to leave, refused service, claimed nails were straight. Natural nails grown for 2 months ruined. Long nails made awfully short and crooked. Extremely rude, said nails oddly shaped, asked for straight shape, told to go elsewhere. Dismissive attitude, suggested doing own nails. See attached photo. PS: If this is straight nails, stop calling yourself a professional.
