Feeling quite upset, spent a hefty sum. The expectant lady left my nails in a mess! Despite my request for a fix and complete removal of the polish mishap, she suggests washing my hands as if water can undo nail polish! Never experienced such poor work!
Visited this place thrice before, this time for my birthday nails. Showed them an inspiration picture as usual. Kept reminding them that my nails were too long, but they ignored it. Asked for a pastel design, got a dark palette instead. It took two ladies to fix the messy nail art, charged me $20 more than usual, and my nails were still longer than desired. Also, one nail tech questioned my nationality, which was quite inappropriate. Disappointed as these were my birthday nails that I paid a lot for. The first image is my inspiration, the second is what I received.
May has been doing my Mother's nails for years. She is exceptional! Delivers beautiful work and treats her like family.
