Scheduled an appointment for the gelatinous foot treatment because it’s an enjoyable experience I wanted to indulge my mother in for Mother’s Day. After waiting thirty minutes past our appointment time, they guided us to the spa chairs. Regrettably, the lady merely poured a small amount of the “jelly” mixture into the water which did not alter the texture at all. When I inquired about it she mentioned that was normal, but I've had this service performed at several other salons so I know that’s not accurate. It required a lot of discussion to persuade her to add enough to genuinely make it a jelly foot treatment (which is what was advertised and what we paid for). In conclusion—the “jelly foot treatment” they provide is a deception. They charge more but do not offer anything distinct from a regular foot treatment. They also did not permit us to select between lavender, milk and honey, or green tea, as advertised on the menu. Furthermore, there’s polish all over my cuticles. Save your time and visit any other place.
**Lisa Baker** Outstanding, talented, welcoming and NEAT - foot treatments and dip nail art - I accompany my spouse and he's at ease...often observe males receiving foot treatments - Strongly suggest
Not certain if it was the proprietor but she was the sole staff member. I received a powder dip arrangement. I requested the nail technician to place 1 gem on specific nails. She placed 5. I went with it but asked her to apply an extra layer of transparent polish to ensure gems stayed on. She declined, saying the small amount of glue she used was sufficient. The following day they began falling off. Before the week ended, I had to return to have them repaired and they still appear dreadful. Will not revisit. Pleasant lady, but she rushed and not keen on details or listening to the client.
