My spouse adores this salon, claiming it's the finest in the region. I cannot dispute that, as the place is consistently spotless and the staff offers excellent service. The only drawback is the challenging parking situation, but the overall experience outweighs that inconvenience.
I phoned on the day of and secured an appointment, feeling apprehensive as I'm selective about nail salons. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The pedicure was top-notch, and my full acrylic set was impeccable. The technician took his time and delivered flawless results.
I rarely leave negative feedback, but this nail appointment was a disaster. I went in for a dip nail extension, but the technician cut my nails too short and filed excessively despite my instructions. I left with fake nails shorter than my natural ones, and my fingers are sore and cut from the rough filing. The lack of fresh, sanitized tools was concerning as they were passed around without proper cleaning. The pain and poor quality of the job make it not worth it, and I fear the risk of infection. I will not be returning.
