I had an unparalleled experience with a facial at this salon. Opting for the gold facial was a fantastic decision as it truly bestowed upon me the desired radiance. Shafaq possesses truly magical hands, delivering a relaxing and rejuvenating face massage. I also had my hair colored, and the result was spot on! I highly recommend this salon for a top-notch experience!
I am absolutely devastated by the outcome of my hair appointment. I showed the stylist a picture and explicitly requested the same look. If she couldn't achieve it, she should have been honest. While she did a good job on the top, the ends were dyed a lighter color that didn't match the rest. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and she attempted to correct it with a toner, which only made my hair turn orange and appear unblended. To make matters worse, my hair is now dry and damaged. The stylist had promised a protein treatment, which I had never tried before and didn't know much about. Upon leaving, I realized she never actually applied the protein treatment but still charged me the full amount. Additionally, she requested that I leave a review before departing, so I urge you not to trust the salon's reviews. While she was pleasant, honesty from the start about color limitations would have been appreciated. It's been a month, and I still feel so upset that I could cry.
The gentleman at the salon completely butchered my eyebrow and left a huge gap. I am beyond disappointed and he had the audacity to shift the blame onto me. No apology was offered, and he refused to acknowledge his mistake. It's time to find a new profession if you can't perform your job competently.
