ZL Nails

Honestly the nail artisan who worked on my nails I've seen twice and she is truly skilled at her craft, but due to her awareness of her skills, she possesses the most unpleasant and arrogant demeanor. I had a scheduled appointment so I didn't anticipate feeling rushed. However, I was urged to hurry up when choosing a color as I didn't like the one she suggested for me. I was seeking a brown shade but instead of assisting me in finding one, she sighed and stated "we don't carry that color". You don't have a basic brown shade in gel polish? I sense she simply didn't want to take the time to help me search. I ended up with a shade I wasn't truly fond of. When it came time to tip in cash and instead of expressing gratitude, she once again displayed the cost of my nails on a calculator, presumably hinting that I should tip more. I simply said thank you and departed. She began grumbling to another staff member and calculating on the calculator to, I assume, ascertain the percentage of my tip. I've come across a few critiques here regarding the staff complaining about their tips and that is absolutely unacceptable and utterly impolite. I tipped 15%, unsure of what she anticipated given her impoliteness. I would much rather receive a subpar manicure elsewhere and be treated with kindness than return here...

This establishment is subpar. Firstly, not only are the majority of individuals working here very impolite to their patrons, but when I arrived solely for a pedicure, I witnessed a delightful lady walk in for a fill. They informed her they could accommodate her, but there would be a 30-minute wait. We engaged in conversation for a while as she waited. This poor lady, a nurse who had endured a 68-hour work week, sat there for 30 minutes or more and one staff member approached her and stated they couldn't perform the fill because they close at 6:00, which was inaccurate, as they closed at 7:30, and they turned her away. They literally turned her away and informed her they couldn't provide the service she required for that day. Subsequently, two other individuals entered not long after and requested two full sets which they readily agreed to. I felt so awful for this lady who had to wait only to leave without receiving the service she needed. Lastly, from my personal encounters, I am dissatisfied with this establishment because a large portion of the staff is rude and the nail services are consequently subpar. They are not long-lasting and the quality is lacking. I am displeased with the service from this place and I do not believe they merit your patronage.

Ada is amazing... superb nail artist!! Parlor is spotless with a vast array of hues to select from... Today when I arrived at the studio, I displayed a snapshot of the Thanksgiving-themed color I desired for my nails to her and within moments she had everything set up and I left with precisely the nails I wanted... outstanding work. !!!! 🙂 Only drawback, they require cash tips to a bothersome extent
