Honestly the nail artisan who worked on my nails I've seen twice and she is truly skilled at her craft, but due to her awareness of her skills, she possesses the most unpleasant and arrogant demeanor. I had a scheduled appointment so I didn't anticipate feeling rushed. However, I was urged to hurry up when choosing a color as I didn't like the one she suggested for me. I was seeking a brown shade but instead of assisting me in finding one, she sighed and stated "we don't carry that color". You don't have a basic brown shade in gel polish? I sense she simply didn't want to take the time to help me search. I ended up with a shade I wasn't truly fond of. When it came time to tip in cash and instead of expressing gratitude, she once again displayed the cost of my nails on a calculator, presumably hinting that I should tip more. I simply said thank you and departed. She began grumbling to another staff member and calculating on the calculator to, I assume, ascertain the percentage of my tip. I've come across a few critiques here regarding the staff complaining about their tips and that is absolutely unacceptable and utterly impolite. I tipped 15%, unsure of what she anticipated given her impoliteness. I paid $60 for an hour-long massage but had to wait 15 minutes and only received a 45-minute session. The massage was not up to par and quite painful. Additionally, they asked for a tip.
