Absolutely worst nails I've ever had! I visited a few days ago for a dip powder manicure and waited 20 minutes! The individual at the first table on the right side attended to me. Very pleasant and quick! However, the speed was not beneficial as my nails started chipping just 3 days after the service! I will not be returning here! My nails are now as fragile as paper! It seems they prioritize quantity over the quality of service they provide to their clients. It's best to save your money and avoid this place.
I am genuinely surprised by these negative reviews. I adore this salon. The ambiance and music are delightful. I was extremely satisfied with my nails and will definitely be returning. And yes, the staff are all exceptionally attractive. I have never had a single bad experience here.
For over 13 years now, I've been going to Vivian & Bobby here for my nail treatments and I still love dropping by whenever I'm in the area. They do excellent work and are wonderful individuals! My family and I hold them in high regard!
