My two daughters and I have been frequenting this salon for nail services over the past three months. While the quality of the work has been satisfactory, we have never been completely satisfied. The salon is consistently understaffed, with only two to three technicians working at any given time. This results in long wait times and limited expertise among the staff. Do not consider this establishment for lash services! I am experiencing a negative reaction to the adhesive, attributed to latex according to the technician. I have never encountered such issues before. Furthermore, Karin refuses to provide any refund for the service and imposes an additional $10 fee for lash removal (which should be discounted). Neglecting the fact that she instructed me to purchase Benadryl, incurring additional expenses. A fundamental aspect of owning a business is customer service and ensuring client satisfaction, which may involve offering discounted services in case of mishaps. There is a complete lack of concern for repeat business.
