Awful experience getting a haircut for my child. I requested the individual to keep the TV off, but he ignored it and played a movie. He kept pushing my child's head down without verbal communication. I had to guide my child on what to do based on the barber's actions. Eventually, he unexpectedly hit my child with the brush containing talc to wipe off the hair. At least give a warning to the child so he can close his eyes!! I had to ask the barber to be gentle - to a 3 year old child. Incredibly awful behavior. And judging by previous responses, I'm certain the owner will cherry-pick a point from this review to defend their actions. The service was efficient and the staff was friendly. The receptionists displayed exceptional customer service. I am so let down by my results. I shelled out over $2,000, yet my hair growth remains unchanged. My technician was extremely professional, kind, and sweet. I adored her demeanor, which kept me returning. Nonetheless, the results were abysmal, and I believe the device used is ineffective. I initially sought treatment for my legs and full arms, but I was persuaded to also treat my underarms, chin, and underlip. I didn't have much hair in those areas, but now I have more hair than before. My leg hair regrows after just four days. I am thoroughly disappointed with the outcome and feel it was a waste of money and time. Save your money and seek treatment elsewhere. Instead of fostering effective communication, she tends to unnecessarily reprimand and engage in arguments.
