I received a voucher from my superior for a spa treatment and a trim. I clearly communicated to the stylist that I only wanted a slight trim as I was in the process of growing out my hair. To my dismay, I ended up with layers that I neither requested nor desired. This is particularly distressing as it took me a considerable amount of time to regain the length of my hair after experiencing significant hair loss. Now, I must restart the growth process from scratch due to the stylist's failure to heed my wishes. I am greatly disappointed with the outcome.
