NOVA WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! I have never encountered a more INEPT, Apathetic individual. She is NOT suited for customer service.
I have never experienced such a terrible encounter with an employee. All I did was ask to return an item, and the worker (probably a woman in her 50s) was incredibly rude to me, deeming it "absolutely ridiculous" that I would request such a thing. She used profanity towards me multiple times and forcefully snatched the receipt from my grasp. As a teenage individual, I felt intimidated by her behavior.
I entered the establishment to retrieve an order, and upon reaching the counter with only one person ahead of me, I waited for the attendant to signal me forward. Instead, she remained stationary, expecting me to approach her🥴 When I mentioned I was there for a pickup, she questioned me in an irritated manner about whether I had received an email confirming the readiness of my order. Despite my affirmation, she continued to stare at me for a few moments... Where are your customer service skills, miss?💀
