This was my inaugural visit to this salon, and it shall be my final one! My regular nail salon was shut on New Year’s Day. I enquired about the cost of S & S from a staff member, and was informed it would be 46.00. Additionally, I opted for an eyebrow waxing service which was priced at 12.00. Upon completion of both services, I proceeded to settle the bill, only to be charged 69.50. When inquiring about the nail service cost, I was told it was 56.00. I expressed my confusion, mentioning that I was informed it would be 46.00. The response I received was that the higher price was due to a different nail shape. An additional 11.50 was charged for a change in nail shape!! This is outrageous!!! Most places do not levy an extra fee for such a minor alteration. I shall never return to this establishment! The exorbitant charge for a simple nail shape change is utterly preposterous!! In retrospect, I regret tipping! SMH

I've been frequenting this establishment for approximately 2 years...My usual technician was on leave, but the substitute did an excellent job with my nails!
