Generally adore Ulta but this shop lacked some major labels it ought to have had ample stock in, and finding someone to actually help me was tough. I spent $100+ but could’ve easily spent more with proper aid and stock. I’ll visit Sephora next time.

I am extremely particular about my nails, and they did an exceptional job here! I have been to numerous nail salons in the vicinity, and this one is among the top, if not the best. Yesterday, I needed a quick trim and saw a sign saying walk-ins welcome at the salon. There were two stylists available. The whole team was friendly, and the ambiance was warm. The haircut was decent but not exceptional. I plan to return.

Absolutely adore the way Sonya styles my hair! The team is incredibly warm and inviting, but it's disappointing that they lack the necessary tools to work efficiently. The dryer is out of order, and they resort to draping towels and caps around the salon just to manage. I had an appointment in the city and decided to pop in for a gel pedicure. The service was outstanding. The staff were so kind, sweet, and welcoming. The atmosphere was pristine and inviting, and the team was incredibly accommodating and patient with my queries as it was my first visit. I will definitely be back. The top choice in the city, My hair was down to my waist and I had them cut off 8 inches of length, they did an amazing job! They asked me 3 times on the way to the chair if I was sure about cutting that much off, I said yes... On a second visit, a different young woman was there and all I wanted was my bangs cut and that's exactly what I got both times. I had an excellent experience with both women, very kind and polite. I highly recommend Salon M for all your beauty needs. This was my inaugural visit to this salon, and it shall be my final one! My regular nail salon was shut on New Year’s Day.
I enquired about the cost of S & S from a staff member, and was informed it would be 46.00.
Additionally, I opted for an eyebrow waxing service which was priced at 12.00.
Upon completion of both services, I proceeded to settle the bill, only to be charged 69.50. When inquiring about the nail service cost, I was told it was 56.00.
I expressed my confusion, mentioning that I was informed it would be 46.00. The response I received was that the higher price was due to a different nail shape. An additional 11.50 was charged for a change in nail shape!! This is outrageous!!! Most places do not levy an extra fee for such a minor alteration. I shall never return to this establishment! The exorbitant charge for a simple nail shape change is utterly preposterous!!

I've frequented this place since childhood! Recently, I've made it my go-to salon. Angie is my stylist, and she's truly fantastic! My hair was jet black, and she was so meticulous, ensuring not to harm it with excessive processing. Besides being a skilled stylist, she's also incredibly kind and caring! ❤️ The whole team here is wonderful, and Radonna is a lovely soul too. I adore all these ladies! I wholeheartedly recommend them.
