My spouse visited this spot, bought a wahl detailer series 5, spending $180+. He returned later wanting guards for it. The associate gave him a set, claiming they fit most wahl detailers. He bought it for $30, only to find out they don't fit. When he asked for a refund, he was denied, being told it was non-refundable. No warning was given at the time of purchase. Beware, they may sell you items and deceive you.
As a man, I don't frequent this store often, maybe 3 times. The female employees were dismissive and unhelpful each time I asked a question. They didn't suggest alternative products or offer any pleasantries. They took my money without a word.
I visited this place today without intentions to buy anything. Venus, with vibrant purple hair, was very knowledgeable. I asked her some hair-related questions for my daughter. She guided me well, and I ended up purchasing 5 items. My daughter and I are thrilled with the 4 hair products we got. Additionally, I bought a lotion for both of us. None of the products contain aloe, which my daughter is allergic to. They are lightweight and have a dreamy scent. The lotion is non-greasy and has a lovely fragrance. I wanted to buy everything in the store. I will definitely return. Venus, you are amazing!
