I initially only wanted a blowout, but Carson assessed the condition of my hair and suggested a slight trim, which I am so glad I agreed to! She communicated with me throughout the process to ensure she was meeting my preferences. My hair looks and feels incredible, and I will certainly be a returning customer!
My spouse required a trim for his hair and beard, and upon arrival, we discovered they also offer eyebrow tinting services. He decided to go for it. The attendant, named Riley, who assisted him was remarkably kind and understanding. It was evident that my partner was quite anxious, but she handled the situation with such sweetness. She took her time, provided clear explanations, ensured his satisfaction at every stage, and evened out the eyebrow tint when he felt one side was slightly darker, despite our reassurances. The service was not only about us. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, and although I have my preferred places for such services, I would not hesitate to return here myself. The trim my husband received was subtle, yet it enhanced the health and overall appearance. As for the eyebrows, he has always had very light, barely noticeable eyebrows, and now they are tinted to match his hair color, looking natural! This establishment is top-notch, and Riley is truly remarkable! We will definitely be returning!
