Recently renovated with new management. The salon is impeccably clean with attentive service. I highly recommend Lily. I indulged in the 🍍 pedicure which included a luxurious paraffin treatment and a lengthy massage. The ambiance was enhanced by great music. I will definitely return!
My experience today was not quite what I had hoped for. While everyone was friendly, the final result was far from the color I had in mind. It appears as though they applied clear glitter on my nails instead. I have photos for comparison. A disconnect between my vision and the outcome.
I used to be a fan of this establishment, but under the new management, my experience was disappointing. The final look of my nails was nowhere near what I had requested, and even my cuticles were not properly attended to. Despite my dissatisfaction, I chose to pay and leave quietly. Regrettably, I will not be returning.
